Sterling silver turquoise post cluster earring with a blossom at the bottom.  Top flower cluster measures approximately 3/8" in diameter and bottom cluster measures approximately 1 1/4" long by 3/4" wide.  Total length is 2" long.  It is Zuni hand made by Tricia Leekity.
