Spring Garden Spoon Earrings. At Midnight Jo all of our spoon earrings are handmade using actual vintage flatware. These earrings were made with silver plated flatware in the 1949 Spring Garden pattern by Holmes & Edwards. These earrings measure about 2 1/4" long including the lever backs.  These earrings come standard with silver plated lever back earwires, sterling silver lever backs are available at additional cost.
